General Information

  • The uniform of the day for the 2005 conference participant is blue shirt and pants/skirt or aviator shirt and gray pants/skirt, no tie.
  • The uniform for the head table is Class A jacket or blazer
  • Those participating in the ELT Rodeo may wear utility uniform WHILE participating in the Rodeo.
  • Banquet dress is (in order of preference) mess dress, tux/formal, CAP semiformal, suit/dress.
  • The room cost is $75/night single & double $79.00/night triple & quad. Price includes Continental Breakfast.
  • Travel days are 10 and 13 November. Meetings will be 11 and 12 November. We plan to recognize veterans on 11 November (Veteran's Day)
  • In addition to the regular conference schedule we plan to hold a STRATOPS meeting and other professional development.
  • Cost for the conference, banquet and lunch will follow this summer.
