The Northeast Region Cadet programs Development Officer is 1st Lt Milton Josephs 

The NER Cadet Academy will take place at Otis Air National Guard Base in Massachusetts. Otis is one part of the Massachusetts Military Reservation which also houses Camp Edwards.

DRIVING:
  • Use Interstate 95 (I-95) towards Providence
  • Merge onto Interstate 195 East toward East Providence/Cape Cod. Note - if you are coming from the south, the exit number has changed. Use exit 19 now.
  • Enter Massachusetts. The exit numbers start over again from 1.
  • Merge onto MA-25 East via exit number 22A toward CAPE COD / THE ISLANDS
  • MA-25 East becomes US-6 East / MA-28 South
  • Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto GEN MACARTHUR BLVD / MA-28 East
  • Enter next roundabout and take 3rd exit onto CONNERY AVE.
  • Connery Ave will take you to the main gate. After proceeding through the main gate, take your second right onto Turpentine Road
  • Turn left at the 4-way intersection
  • Take your first right - the road will curve around to your right
  • The barracks will be on your right
FLYING:
  • Please coordinate with your wing to obtain permission to land at Otis.
  • Please notify the NER Academy of your approximate arrival time to coordinate a pickup. You must give at least 24 hour notice.
OTHER FORMS OF TRANSPORTATION:
  • Please notify the NER Academy of your approximate arrival time and place to coordinate a pickup. You must give at least 24 hour notice.
