Cadet Advisory Council
The Northeast Region Cadet Advisory Council is a team of experienced cadet leaders selected from each Wing in the Region to serve as a voice for cadets of the region to the Northeast Region Commander.
NERCAC advances three core goals:

Develop Leadership through real staff work and peer collaboration,

Assist commanders with cadet-centered recommendations and initiatives, and
-
Improve the Cadet Experience across the region
Each Wing appoints a primary and an assistant representative. Representatives serve on committees, author proposals, and vote on Region-level recommendations.

Meetings
Northeast Region Cadet Advisory Council meetings generally occur on the second Sunday of each month virtually. Cadets are expected to wear business casual civilian attire or a Civil Air Patrol polo shirt. All meeting dates and means to join for Fiscal Year 2026 can be found here.
